Thank you for shopping at oncloudnova. We value your satisfaction and want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized products
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at supprot@oncloudnova.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond with instructions and a return shipping address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may apply.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email supprot@oncloudnova.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
